Kids love to cook outdoors, and Calvin has become quite the outdoor chef! Today he will show you how to make French toast roll ups with Nutella for breakfast when camping! These are easy to make and delicious to eat. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
8 white bread slices
Nutella
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few sprinkles of cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
Maple syrup for serving (optional)

Instructions:
Trim the crusts off the bread. With a rolling pin, roll each slice of bread until flattened.
Spread each slice of bread with a layer of Nutella, and tightly roll up the bread slices.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla.
In a large nonstick saute pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Dip each roll-up in the milk and egg mixture. Place them in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes, turning them as needed until they are golden brown and crisp on all sides (or until they look like churros!).

Immediately after removing the roll-ups from the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon (and sugar if you like). Serve them warm with some maple syrup on the side.
